SE is workshop
We are not just a manufacturer of exclusive SE concept bikes and SE conversion parts. SE is also a workshop, but for specialised work. Everything that has to do with motorbike conversions is our speciality. Regardless of whether it is a major project, a partial conversion or the completion of a project that has already been started. We also carry out all kinds of suspension services, from fork shortening to normal fork or suspension strut servicing. If you need engines, gearboxes, ignition systems and carburettors overhauled, revised, tuned, performance increased or checked, you've come to the right place. Of course, we also carry out service work on the vehicles we build.
The classic inspection of the road and the classic tyre service is not our hobbyhorse. Not that we are too bad for that, it is rather due to our individual capacities. Our staff and equipment are highly specialised and therefore not competitive in the field of simple workshop work.
We specialise in the following vehicles: All BMW 2-valves from 1970 to 1995, BMW K models (K75 - K1100), Triumph Bonneville, Thruxton, Scrambler 790cc/865cc. Other makes and models on request.

SE motorcycle restoring
Restoring vehicles to their original condition requires a great deal of attention to detail, a trained eye for the little things, as well as a great deal of passion and care when carrying out the work. If you have been looking for such a partner for your motorbike restoration, you have come to the right place. SE is a team of specialists from a wide range of fields with many years of professional experience. Our workshop has the appropriate equipment to carry out all the necessary work directly in-house.
It doesn't matter whether you already own a vehicle or whether you want us to get the base vehicle for you. We can also support you in completing your private restoration project or in areas that you may not be confident enough to tackle yourself.
SE Engine overhaul and tuning
We overhaul and refurbish the BMW 2-valve boxer engine and gearbox. We can blast the housings with ceramic beads or completely recoat them. We give the two-valve cylinder heads a new lease of life with unleaded seat rings, increase the cubic capacity or install a powerful camshaft. Traditional cylinder head machining with cannal machining is also still part of our portfolio.
You can supply us with individual engine parts, the dismantled 2V BMW engine or the entire motorbike. We will provide you with a detailed and reliable overview of all the parts and work required and advise you on how to get your boxer back up to speed.

SE dyno tuning or analysis
In addition to classic power and torque measurement, we offer various types of adjustment and tuning work. The exhaust gas is measured under real load conditions in real time, which makes the adjustment and tuning very accurate and gentle on the engine.
Our Dynojet I 250 test bench is TÜV-approved and is therefore also used for special registrations, such as modified exhaust systems, carburettor conversions or engine tuning.

SE Suspension / Forks Service and Tuning
We carry out all types of suspension service on the motorbike makes and models we have identified. We restore forks or completely rebuild them. Shortening the fork tubes to increase the front wheel load or simply for the sake of looks is one of our specialities.
With our SE fork damping system, we offer the possibility of restoring an old BMW fork from the inside to the condition of a modern motorbike fork.
