SE Concept Bikes, if it should be something special

Like all of our concept bikes, the Scrambler is a completely rebuilt vehicle from the ground up. The base vehicle for this conversion is a BMW R80 Monolever. The concept includes the purchase of the donor vehicle, the complete restoration and the conversion to a scrambler style. In addition to a new electrical system, the engine, gearbox and final drive are also fundamentally rebuilt.
A real scrambler that feels right at home both off-road and on country roads. The K60 scrambler tyres offer good damping properties and good grip reserves even on tarmac, even if it doesn't look like it. Compared to the Roadster, the chassis is slightly higher and therefore offers a little more ground clearance and comfort. The increased height of the vehicle makes for a stylistically more pleasing size ratio for longer drivers.
The restoration includes the following work and parts:
- Engine, gearbox and final drive completely rebuilt
- Carburettor overhauled
- frame, swingarm, wheels and all chassis parts powder coated
- all bearings new
- Brakes completely overhauled and powder coated
- Fork shortened and overhauled, dip tubes powder coated
- all screws, connecting parts, rubber parts new
- all cables and wires new
- New wiring harness

- CNC milled headlight brackets
- Headlight 5 3/4 with clear glass
- SE cast aluminium handlebar switch with new wiring harness
- Motogadget Tiny speedometer
- SE aluminium handlebar
- Brembo brake cylinder
- Stahlflex brake lines
- SE clutch fitting
- Monza fuel filler cap
- Kellermann LED indicators front and rear
- Adjustable gas pressure shock absorber
- Fork revised
- Motorcycle geometry adapted
- SE fork spring kit
- SE 2-1 exhaust system
- SE aluminium mudguard front
- SE aluminium rear mudguard
- SE rear frame with step 1-person short (optional 2-person)
- SE number plate holder on rear mudguard
- Lightweight Lithium Ion battery
- Motogadget mirrors on handlebar fittings
- Paintwork according to customer's wishes (single colour with ruling)
TÜV acceptance of the entire vehicle/conversion and new main inspection.
Acceptance:
- Adjustment work, tuning to the new components and power/torque measurement on test bench.
- Acceptance drive before delivery (60-80km)
- Final inspection, 100 point check
- Production of high quality photos
