BMW 2-valve boxer cylinder heads – precision machining at the highest level
Our comprehensive overhaul for BMW 2-valve boxer cylinder heads combines state-of-the-art technology with decades of experience. Each head is thoroughly disassembled, industrially cleaned, and optionally ceramic blasted – for a clean, matte surface with high everyday suitability.
Old valve guides and seat rings are removed, and the base bores are precisely milled and honed. New components are inserted tension-free using thermal shrinkage. Final honing guarantees a perfect fit. The valve seats are machined on our SERDI 100 – based on 30 years of experience and specially developed contours. A vacuum test ensures that the valves are perfectly sealed.
After the new valves and springs have been installed, you will receive cylinder heads that are ready to be installed—ready for top performance and high mileage.
