Oil filters from Mahle reliably keep dirt particles out of the lubrication circuit and thus maintain the oil quality as well as the performance and economy of the engine.
Advantages of Mahle oil filters:
- Cold start resistance due to stable pleat geometry
- Reliable separation of contaminated and filtered oil through high-quality sealing materials and precisely fitting connecting parts
- Load peaks of up to 20 bar are compensated by the high compressive strength of the housing.
- Oil supply ensured at all times by overpressure valve (in case of viscous oil, as it occurs in cold start phases or at low outside temperatures, as well as in case of a filter element heavily soiled by exceeding the replacement interval)
- Backstop valve prevents the filter from idling when the engine is switched off and ensures a fast oil supply when the engine is started.
