Like all of our concept bikes, the Enduro is a completely rebuilt vehicle from the ground up. The base vehicle for this conversion is a BMW R80GS Paralever. The concept includes the purchase of the donor vehicle, the complete restoration and the conversion to an Enduro style. In addition to a new electrical system, the engine, gearbox and final drive are also fundamentally rebuilt.
The SE Enduro reflects the off-road league of the 80s. Back then, enduros were still high-built off-road vehicles and not touring steamers. We have also paid attention to weight here and offer the option of converting to a monolever or R65 tank. The seat is designed for pillion use. We offer an optional removable bag system for touring or travelling to the
office.
The restoration includes the following work and parts:
- Engine, gearbox and final drive completely rebuilt
- Carburettor overhauled
- Frame, swingarm and all chassis parts powder-coated
- Spoked wheel set extensively restored, hubs and rim rings powder-coated black, spokes made of stainless steel
- all bearings new
- Brakes completely overhauled and powder coated
- Fork overhauled, dip tubes powder coated
- all screws, connecting parts, rubber parts new
- all cables and wires new
- new wiring harness

- SE cast aluminium handlebar switch with new wiring harness
- Motogadget Tiny speedometer

- Monza fuel cap
- Kellermann LED indicators front and rear
- Adjustable gas pressure shock absorber
- Fork revised

- SE rear frame straight 2-passenger

- Motogadget mirrors on handlebar fittings
- Paintwork according to customer's wishes (single colour with ruling)
TÜV acceptance of the entire vehicle/conversion and new main inspection
Acceptance:
- Adjustment work, tuning to the new components and power/torque measurement on test bench.
- Acceptance drive before delivery (60-80km)
- Final inspection, 100 point check
- Production of high quality photos
