BMW R90/6 Roadster Classic Edition
This SE Roadster conversion is distinguished by its many custom-made components. The stepped rear frame was made in-house and completely welded to the BMW main frame. For such special frame conversions, we prepare a CAD stretch analysis and calculation in order to have the conversion finally approved by the TÜV.
The mudguards and their mountings have also been specially built for this bike. The deliberate retention of some original components, such as the original headlight brackets or the /6 tank, give the bike that special oldschool look.
Our in-house saddlery made the seat for the special rear frame and covered it with a fine Porsche Nappa leather. Finally, our painter Jens from Kustom-Rebelz (https://kustom-rebelz.de/) painted all parts in a noble gloss black and hand-lined them in cream white.
The BMW R90 was completely restored. The chassis and brakes have received an extensive update, so the motorbike shows a new-time handling in the final ride tests.
To guarantee unadulterated riding pleasure, we have completely rebuilt the entire electrical system, the engine, the gearbox and the carburettors. Thus, the 46-year-old BMW is ready for the next 46 years. Can anything be more sustainable?
