Ignition lock configured for BMW conversions
High quality ignition lock, ready configured for SE wiring harness. Also ideally suited as a universal solution for individual conversions. The connection area is protected by the supplied heat shrink tubing (3:1). Very robust, so it can be mounted virtually anywhere (whether in the cockpit, lamp or engine cover).

The ignition lock has three positions:
ignition off
ignition on
ignition on + light
ignition off
ignition on
ignition on + light
Connections:
B = terminal 30 battery +
IG = terminal 15 switched +
L = terminal 58 light
B = terminal 30 battery +
IG = terminal 15 switched +
L = terminal 58 light
Attention: We do not take any responsibility for the cable colors and strongly recommend to measure the connections with a multimeter before the assignment.
When used on an original wiring harness: This has four connections. The additional gray cable is for the parking light and must be connected to terminal L when using this ignition lock. A separate switching of the parking light via the ignition lock is not possible.
Colors original wiring harness:
Terminal 30 battery + (usually red)
Terminal 15 switched + (usually green)
terminal 58E light (usually gray/blue for driving light)
Terminal 58A light (usually gray for parking light)
Terminal 30 battery + (usually red)
Terminal 15 switched + (usually green)
terminal 58E light (usually gray/blue for driving light)
Terminal 58A light (usually gray for parking light)
