Complete offer incl. all assembly work and the necessary materials. The motorbike will be measured on the dynamometer before the modification, the corresponding work will be carried out, and finally the tuning and final power measurement will be carried out.

-Disassembly of cylinders and cylinder heads
-Cleaning and inspection of components
-Clean cylinder head and glass bead blasting
-Assemble big bore kit with Nikasil cylinder (very low wear, long service life)
-Adapt combustion chamber for 1000cc pistons on milling bench
-Determine compression and squish
-Grind cylinder and / or cylinder head to a defined height
-Calibrate and adjust combustion chambers
-Assemble all parts
-Tune vehicle to dynamometer
-Output measurement of power and torque
