Battery monitoring with the smartphone
With the Battery Monitor and the free Apple or Android app, you can now quickly and easily check the state of charge of your battery, because only when the battery is constantly charged positively is full capacity and usability guaranteed.
The positive state of charge also prevents any premature damage or failure of the battery. The convenient logging function allows the battery charge level to be recorded during journeys. The file with the data can be sent by email from the smartphone and displayed in Excel. This makes it easy to see where the charging voltage has dropped or was too high. A defective controller can then be quickly detected.
After the simple connection to the battery by means of ring eyes and downloading the Android or Apple app, the current voltage value can be called up.
The transmitter can be used for 6 V, 12 V and 24 V batteries.
The range is about 6 meters.
The connection is made via Bluetooth. (Only from Bluetooth 4. 0; e. g. from iPhone 4s, iPad3 or iPod Touch 5)
In addition, the voltage value is displayed alphanumerically.
If the minimum voltage is not reached, the battery will soon be recharged.
