Mapping and carburettor tuning on the test bench

We perform individual mapping settings on your motorcycle, so that, depending on the actual state, five to ten horsepower can be gained in additional power. You have the choice between a permanently installed add-on module or direct access to the original control unit. On our motorcycle test bench we can optimally adjust every detail and all values. You will feel the difference after optimization. Especially for older machines, a visit to the test bench is worthwhile, but this should also be carried out for conversion projects

In older machines or after a longer service life, a carburetor adjustment is often inevitable. We perform exact settings on our motorcycle test bench on carburettor and ignition system, including torque-oriented ignition adjustment, optimum carburetor injection, synchronization under load conditions and power and torque measurement.
